We ship from Monday to Friday except weekends and public holidays.
Tracking numbers are emailed to you at the moment when your package ships, however the USPS takes about 24 hours for the tracking to update in their system. Please be patient and try tracking your package in a day or two after you receive the tracking code via e-mail.
We are not responsible for make sure that you enter the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered at checkout.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund (excluding shipping fee).
In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customers address, we do not offer refunds if the item is claimed to not have been delivered. If an item is not received when tracking information confirms delivery, please contact the designated shipping company for assistance.
* The total cost of international shipping depends on how many lashes, irons or hair extensions sets your order. The total cost may vary if you put more than 7 lashes or 2 irons or 2 clip in hair extensions sets.

RETURN POLICY
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will NOT be issued for the following:
- When Discount Codes are applied.
- We do not accept returns and do not do refunds on international orders due to customs and excise fees.
- We can cancel your domestic order only before shipping with charge of 2% of total amount as a restocking fee.

Do you have a return policy or exchange policy?
Yes, we offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions within thirty (30) days within you receiving your order.
We do not provide exchange but we can accept your return and you will get refunded.
Orders placed with a special discount or coupon code are FINAL SALE. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
What if I want to return my order?
We provide returns on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
Because EL Hair Extensions is a real human hair product, for health care, we cannot accept returns on used or opened hair.
How can I make a return?

All EL Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued.
We will provide you with our return address which is in Pasadena, California, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return.
Opened packages will not be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened.
